We are also certified by REAL (Renewable Energy Assurance Limited), so you know we abide by the high standards set out in our Consumer Code. This also gives you the right to cancel your contract within 7 days with no penalty charge.

What guarantees or warranties are included?
· The industry standard in the UK is 2 years parts and labour and 5 years on the system hardware (panels and inverter). However, in line with T&K’s full range of home improvement products, T&K offer a full and comprehensive 10-year insurance backed guarantee on the installation and all of the hardware. Unlike others, we have the confidence to offer our full 10-year insurance backed guarantee for a number of reasons:
1. We only use quality panels which we are confident will perform over a twenty-five year period.
2. Our roofers and electrician only work for T&K and have undergone intense solar PV specific certified training, and have had their work inspected and verified by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
3. We do not subcontract out work, unlike many of the national household names you may be aware of, such as E-ON, Tesco, Anglian, and Homebase.
4. We have 30 years experience in delivering the best possible Home Improvement products to homeowners, with over 50,000 satisfied customers.

We are also Founding Members of DGCOS Solar PV Protection Scheme.
